100% Grenache, The vineyards are located on plots with north and south exposures in the lieu-dit of Pignan.
The vineyard sits on 3 acres of land, planted in 1920. Sandy soils with red-clay sub-soils.
 Total destemming. 25 days of vatting in stainless steel tanks. Ageing of 20 months in vat before bottling.
