A fine, ethereal, fruity and fragrant bouquet with pleasant hints of cherry.

Sweet, velvety, with intense cherry notes. A super pleasant freshness - Recioto is the classic red dessert wine, rich and harmonious.

Grapes:

From a careful selection of Corvina Corvinone for 70% and Rondinella for 30%.

Harvest:

From the best selected grapes and harvested by hand at the end of September. Drying in the fruit cellar for about 120 days.

Vinification:

Soft pressing in January with prolonged maceration for 30 days. Fermentation in steel.
