Description:

1/3 Clairette Rose, 1/3 White Grenache,1/3 Roussanne, Aged for 6 months in vats before blending and bottling.

Tasting Notes: Pale gold color with silver highlights, shiny and crystalline. Delicate nose of pear, anise, then white flowers such as hawthorn or lime blossom. A pure aromatic expression, an intense minerality and the presence of a subtle richness, offers a beautiful harmony which lasts on a final of an aerial style. Long finish.
