Winemaking Notes:

The aim with this blend was to produce a wine with both structure and personality. Whilst matured in predominantly French oak, the wood character does not dominate, allowing the cabernet’s blackcurrant and mulberry fruit to stand to the fore.
Will age if you wish but drinks very well right now.
