This is the first release of the Sparkling Moscato and follows on from the success of the Moscato range of wines. The wine has a bright vibrant colour with a youthful green hue. 

The Sparkling Moscato has lifted citrus aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a sherbet perfume. The palate also shows these characters along with a fruitiness that is balanced by acidity and the refreshing full sparkling sensation. Serve well chilled and enjoy while young and vibrant.

Serving Suggestions

The Sparkling Moscato is delicate and fresh and a great way to get any dinner party occasion off and running. With food it is fantastic with freshly shucked oysters topped with a citrus infused jelly. For something savoury try it with a spicy lemongrass, coriander and chilly infused Asian broth.
