Medium sweet & light bodied.

Winemaking:

De Bortoli select fruit from vines with generous canopies allowing natural fruit ripening.

The fruit is picked and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle naturally before being filtered.

The wine is cold fermented to retain fresh fruit characters.
