Petersons Shiraz produces a deep rich plum in colour with a magenta hue. Filled with rich, ripe, lifted and alluring aromatics. With subtle hints of stewed blood plums, with hints of smoke, mocha and wafts of black pepper. The palate is full, rounded, soft and elegant. The upfront fruit flavours are of overtly ripe raspberry, boysenberry and blackcurrant. The mid palate is complex with layers of spice including Chinese five spice and hickory. The back palate is long, soft, elegant and dry.
