Floral aromas of rose petals, musk and Turkish Delight leap from the glass and are replicated on the palate together with some juicy grape flavours. Fresh, fragrant and lightly spritzed, this Moscato makes a perfect aperitif and is best enjoyed whilst young and vibrant.

Made:

Crushed and pressed while still cold the juice removed from the grape skins immediately. Juice clarified to brightness before fermentation with an aromatic yeast. Cool and slow fermentation to retain all of the pretty aromatics. Fermentation stopped at 6% alcohol with residual grape sugars remaining

Pretty Pink.

Highly aromatic bouquet of musk candy.

Palate:

The palate generous with flowers and musk sticks with luscious natural sweetness. The fine spritz giving it life on the palate.

Cellaring:

Enjoy whilst young and fresh.

Ideal aperitif style. A great accompaniment to canapés or tapas.
