Pfeiffer wines is a family owned and operated winery, located within historic Rutherglen - a region with a rich wine heritage, spanning over 140 years. The historic wine cellars, and century old Sunday Creek bridge, are situated in an idyllic setting on the banks of Sunday Creek, an anabranch of the mighty Murray River.

Pfeiffer wines produce premium, handcrafted wines of elegance - crisp whites, full-bodied reds and the internationally extolled Muscats and Topaques - luscious, intense fortified wines which are the heritage of the Australian Wine Industry.

Tasting Notes

Not the most concentrated example, but beautifully balanced and poised; the old material is held in check by winemaking that maintains precision, and it is not until you taste the wine that its full force is revealed; wonderfully long and complex, this once again shows why these wines are national treasures.
