Domaine Manoir du Carra Beaujolais Terre de Combiaty Brouilly is a very beautiful ruby ​​color exhibiting subtle aromas of red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry), with some floral notes (hyacinths, violet) and light in wait yet full with flavour.

As is typical with Beaujolais, this wine is fermented with cabonic maceration for 10-12 days.

Terroir:

Located in Combiaty in the village of Saint Etienne la Varenne which has lean, acidic, dry, very infertile soil, of pink granite which gives character and personality to this wine.
